It is much better to list them as new if they are, Listia has stated in the past used vape gear is not allowed. That is probably what made them think great condition means used. Some of the so called big vape sellers on here don't like competion.

Yea clearly. Lol. I just was irritated by the whole thing cause i have seen and bid on mNy other great condition items that have to be new to list, and they get to lir their items. its sad if thats true the other vape sellers dont like so called competition, when i sell very few of these.. lol . Im just selling em on my online yard sale site on fb for cash money.. thanks tho n good luck: )
