One Fully Rooted Cutting or Seeds - Your Choice. This beautiful easy to grow hardy hibiscus comes back every year in Zone 8. After freezing weather, I cut back to about 4-5 inches and mulch heavily for winter. Provides continuous blooms all summer and fall. Can be grown from seeds, but cuttings will bloom faster.
