Will this adjust for plus sizes?

It appears that it will the master pattern especially the pants pattern is so simple the grading scales of your Master Pattern have an automatic built-in ease allowance ranging as follows 2" ease, for sizes 28" through 36"; 2 1/2" ease, for sizes 38" through 46"; and 3" ease for sizes 48" through 60". If you are making a pattern to be used for knits, you may wish to eliminate the automatic ease given, thus if your measurement is e.g. 36", mark your pattern e.g. 35", (this would reduce your ease by 1") On the other hand, if more ease, for every size you mark larger than your actual measurements, you will gain 1" extra ease allowance.It shows you how and where to take the measurements you will need in the front of the direction book both on the pants as well as on the other Master fit Pattern. hope that helps if you need more info let me know!
