Yes it is from a non smoking household. My Daughter wore it last year, but she had clothes on under it. Once Halloween was done, It was put back into the plastic bag that it came in and put away.

It could fit in a flat rate box but the smallest it would fit in is $10.95. If I take it out of the bag that its, it, I might be able to fit it in a smaller one, but I'd have to check

It'd probably be less to just send it First Class mail. I've noticed that the flat rate boxes are a rip off sometimes unless you're sending something really heavy.

I can look into it for sure. If I folded it up and put it all in the box, It might cost less, but I don't want to mess anything up, and its a lot of stuff, a headband, the outfit,and such. but I can try

Oh I just meant if you've got it packed in a box, sometimes mailing the box First Class is cheaper. I guess it all depends on the size/weight/destination.
