This is a brand new, handmade tutu. (I make & sell tutus at local craft shows). This is fashioned after the Sesame Street character Abby Cadabby.Her pigtails are the sleeves, made of glitter tulle. Her face is on a very soft pink chenille stretchy tutu top, felt pieces & pompom are sewed on so they won't come off when tutu is stretched.
The skirt is approximately 15" from waist down, made of 2 layers of tulle & ribbon.
She fits sizes 4-8 comfortably, 22"-28" waist/chest size.
Addy comes with white fairy wings & wand.
Tutu will be shipped flattened, but doesn't take much to "pouf" it back up!
