when i install it, it says it's locked, my friend gave it to me, and i have no idea what this is or how to use it. maybe some one might know how to use it or unlock it. It comes with the little air card inside of it, and it san 3G.

yes, it is! well thats what it says on the little aircard thats in it (3g). so i'm sure it is.
