This gypsy fortune teller caftan is from my Halloween costume last year and it's in great condition. It slips over the head and has big open sleeves and will fit up to a size 2x woman. It has pretty sequins on the front and has a v-neck. It is sheer and meant to be worn over your regular clothes. I just wore a black slip under it and it was perfect. Add some Mardi Gras beads and a lot of face makeup and some scarves around your head and its an easy costume to put together. Free shipping.
