We've just had lots of rain and the moss "crop" is prime!

Hand-gathered vibrant live moss and lichens! Will come with roots (rhizoids) & a bit of soil attached in a protective box with free shipping.

Be sure to click the "VIEW LARGER" button for lots of closeups with great details! The last 5 photos are of a terrarium that I made for myself. The plant in the center is a Wintergreen plant, and if you'd like one included for your terrarium, just let me know.

Super for terrariums, vivariums, flower or decorative arrangements, bonsai or anything else your imagination comes up with...although not suitable for underwater in aquariums.

Procured by hand from my wooded property in Virginia. Carefully packaged and shipped Priority Mail. Not every batch will be the same, but each will include a variety of different items of high quality as illustrated in the many photos.

The protective box I use for packing is a take-out food container that runs about 6"x9" that I pack full of goodies. The mosses lie on damp paper towels sealed in the box. I groom the mosses by cleaning up leaves, sticks, small stones, etc. before packing so what you receive is pretty much ready to plant. On top of the delicate pieces, I use dampened reindeer moss (which is very light and cushy) as the "packing material" in the box.

Please do not ask me for a smaller amount at a lower price - a LOT of work goes into this and this method is what works best for me.
