The item is a lot of buttons and other items as shown in picture - buttons, few buttons on cards, vintage needle holder made in Korea, button cover kit, pretty gift bag, etc. I REMOVED THE CLEAR ORGANIZER to bring down the shipping cost and lowered the price.
