A very nice COMPLETE set, and through the shiny glossy gum on the backside is a VERY nice write up for each military person on the stamps.

A descriptive text was printed on the reverse of each stamp.
Three of the stamps were for postal rates effective in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Eight cents for post cards and ten cents for surface letters. Eighteen cents was the surface letter rate and airmail post card rate beyond the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
