*the tulle is double knotted to a elastic band so that it will grow with your little girl and last longer! the ribbon is fastened on the ends of the elastic for easy on and off!
the skirt length is 8-9inches from waste to edge! waist fits my 25 pound 16 month old with no stretch to the elastic and the ribbon as tight as it can go so there will be plenty of room for at least ages 1-3yrs. ribbon length is 13in on each side!
