This light up LED "necklace" will make a great addition to any patriotic costume....or better yet, a fun safety device for your little goblins while they're out Trick-or-Treating!!! This 35" "necklace" features red, silver & blue stars ..., and with a simple push of the button, the red stars begin to quickly flash. Another push will make the flashing slow down and with a third push of the button the red stars will remain {no flashing} brightly lit. In the second picture I attempted to show them lit up, but the scanner made the red stars look multi-colored instead of a solid red.
