Are you sure it's black? I'm only asking because I'm pretty sure those only came in one color dark brown. I have one and it's dark brown and is identical to the one shown in the pictures? I also think it's amazing I actually knew someone who lived in your tiny lil town of republic!

You are right! I googled "what color is camel brand camel bucks bomber jacket" and it did come up dark brown. My bad it is as new and is dark brown as asked by cherylshockley35. So sorry, it looks black to me. So sorry, please do NOT bid if you think it is black. This jacket is a prize tho, the one I looked up went for over $100. Please google! Thank you hon for clearing that up. I really mean this coat is so new to appear black in color. Size large, please see last pics with my b.f. wearing the coat...he is 5'10" and 175 pounds. Thank you.

This is not made from a camel hide, this coat is made from regular leather for camel brand...camel brand cigarettes. thank you.

We have a woodstove hon, so I have to say no to that. As stated, it wouldnt hurt to take it to a leather cleaner just due to the fact that it has sat in a closet for over 20 years. Thank you for your interest. Otherwise, this vintage Bomber jacket is in great condition, only worn twice...no tears no stains.

It is very dark brown and in some lighting can appear black no problem. And it is a quality leather jacket! Not cheaply made by any means! Camel did get it right with their bomber jackets!
