This is a short chiffon summer dress ordered extra large from china so that is about a size 10 to 12 here. Im a 14 so on me it looks like a shirt. I only wore it to try it on and do a review. The color is a light robins egg blue. The neck is v cut and the arms open on top. The chiffon is nice and the dress is lined with what feels like a polyester of some sort. Very cute just to small. I have includex some of the pictures i boght it from.
