It measures 30 inches from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the hem. Thanks for asking--I should have included that in my description .

It says this is a tie top.I don't understand? It is a cute top,but I can't make out anything that ties....Watching....

There are no buttons on it, it has two longer tails on the front of the blouse that can be tied. It's really cute over a tank top or turtleneck if it's colder.
