The listing, Snow-on-the-Mountain seeds has ended.
Botanically speaking this is Ageopodium podograria, or also called Bishop's Weed. This plant can grow well in both deep shade and full sun--at least here in the Pocono Mountains. It's a great ground cover growing 6-8 inches tall, which once planted will spread like wildfire, so you better REALLY want it.
It's a lovely plant, hardy in USDA zones 3-9. Some varieties have a nice white edge on the leaf, but I think mine are a solid bright green. It grows a delicate spray of white flowers in summer about a foot above the foliage and for more info on it than I can give you here follow this link: http://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/groundcover/snow-on-the-mountain/snow-on-the-mountain-plant.htm
I also wrote about this in my blog and some of my friends say you can actually eat this plant! It supposedly tastes like celery. Go figure!

This comes from a smoke free home with one older kitty who doesn't play with my stuff.
