The listing, Red Satin 'Flapper' Halloween Costume has ended.

I wore this as part of a flapper girl costume, but could be used for many other costume ideas. It appears to be low-to-mid quality range, so I wouldn't say it's a dress for going out on the town. The dress itself if in excellent condition with no tears, holes or rubbed places. I would say it is a size large. My measurments are 31" bust, 27" waist and 39" hips. The dress fit me fine through my hips, but had plenty of room for larger hips, waist and bust. Aside from the hips it just seemed a little loose on me.

No. This is definitely a large. I wear a medium and it's a little loose on me.

Yes. It has an open back. The neck is halter style and the back starts about halfway down your back.
