Gently used. Recently washed.
I WOULD SAY THESE ARE AN XS, no tags.
The 3rd pic is the waist across the front, but it stretches to 16".
The second pic is the back of the shorts, a little lower than the waist. But, that stretches to 17".
The last pic is the leg opening, that stretches to 15".
The crushed velvet is very stretchy.

They are pretty small. I will measure them and post pics. There is no actual tag in them. It was a guesstimate on my part on the size. I'll have those pics up with a measuring tape with a half hour: -)
