They're still called stamps. People that collect them are aware. People need to know what they bid on. Postage stamps generally say that "postage" stamps...

These gotta be useable, right? Even though they are less money and not Forever stamps, I would think you could use them with additional postage? Did you find out?

Hi Kari :) Yes I Did. Martha at my local Post Office is pretty knowledgeable. She's been there over 16 years and according to her these are collectible stamps from charitable organizations. They are not "Postage Stamps".
