This is brand new and in the box, with the tape still in tact!

The box is in great condition, shows some wear around the edges, but otherwise no tears or creases.

The second picture is a stock photo, so you can see exactly what it looks like. Figurine is about 5" in height.

From what I have gathered, this was a promo item and never sold in stores.
