This card is pretty old and messed up but still great for a Pokemon collection.

That card is fake because the centering for the card is not right. I have the real version of that card which is perfectly centered

Trust me, condition has nothing to do with that. That card is without a doubt, fake. Check the back of the card if you don't believe me. It should be lighter than a regular pokemon card. Also, the texture of the card will be different

It is not a fake the centering is like that because as I stated the card is not in good condition, but in your case the card is in perfect condition.
