its not a LV it is designed like the LV checker design. it says Italy on the lock and the lock works on it also its 0000 right now. just posted picks of it : )

If I remember right it has pockets but cant say for sure. when I get home I can look. I also have a LV style one with a combination lock on it. its the chocolate checker design style doesnt have a shoulder strap though :)
