I wear an 18 in pants and a 10 in underwear. These are a 12, I don't know how the conversion works but maybe 20 or 24 in pants.

I wear a 10 and I must have just looked at it wrong. They are a 12. The pair I tried on and kept (the pink pair...not in this auction) was too big in the waist and too long also.
