Hand painted and some airbrush Japanese fanthat can be folded and used as a wall decoration. There's only 3 spots where air brush was used and the rest is hand painted on fabric (top part) and wood (bottom part). The top is elegantly tipped in silver while the bottom has a tassle that hangs down. I only remember that this fan is over 17 years onl. It's 16 1/2" wide and 9" high. I do not see anything wrong with it or a signature. It will come in the box in which it was purchased. Please feel free to ask any and all questions!
