The painter was an old friend of mine from 1956. Yes I am that old, even older!! He was here as a student from China and I was a 5th grader. Our family befriend him. He made my first Chinese dinner ever, he flew in the Flying Tigers during WWll. He would play his cello for me over the phone when he lived in NY and I in Maryland. Quite a story behind the painter!!

I do not mind at all. My friend painted us many roosters. And other calligraphy work as well. I can not keep them all. My family has some and there is enough to go around.
