YES! Not only are they Wicked Cool, but they are also refillable & have built in flashlights! They are both Brand New! & NO! I have not been sitting around playing with the flashlight on either of them or started any forest fires hopelessly draining them of precious fire making fluids.
Have only tested that they work & to show you that the flashlights are in working order as well.
