Hello there.. About ur question.. I really don't know cause I never wear one or try them .. I just buy them and listed in here .. But my friend told me is like a panty hose is tight in ur skin.. So I'm not sure if true to size and also I will guess dispense on ur weight or body how heavy u are ..
