I would like take you up on the gin offer but I have a few questions.. because I am very small I was wondering if the Woman's costume up to size 14 on someone size 4-6 will fit? Does it have an adjustable band? Is it supposed to be loose??

Honestly, I never opened the package. I am assuming that it may be a bit loose on a smaller individual. But I think the belt is adjustable to fit.
