Great Auction! I think that most of your rules are common sense to me but have noticed it's not to a lot of people. I have to agree I am getting tired of people asking for lower gin prices I mean that's the point of a gin price that's what the seller wants. Anyways I may have to start adding some of your rules to keep from getting so many meaningless messages:) again great auction especially as the holidays get closer.

Feel free to use and modify them to your needs. I just got sick of people contacting me with ridiculous gin offers and asking me to do favors. I often gave in but one man just took advantage of my kindness and ripped me off. But listia got him. Because of him, it ruined it for me and for you guys too. :(

Yeah I just started noticing people offering very low ball gin offers. One guy the other night even kept bugging me even after I said no. That does take the fun out of it. Sorry someone ripped you off :(

He had the audacity of calling calling me a scammer, he opened a dispute on me but lost in the end, he was so *****! He gave me a terrible review but wasn't able to leave a negative feedback because listia wouldn't let him. Yes, thank you this experience sucked the joy of right out, hence my rules. <3

I had someone rip me off big time as well. And for all of your same reasons I have rules similar to yours and would you believe I STILL have people asking me to lower my GINs. That just infuriates me even more. What I'm wondering about your rules though is how you fit all of them on the page because mine will only let me use 2000 spaces so I had to modify it more. Yours looks even longer then mine though so I wonder why they let you type so much.

I am very succinct and to the point, I've modified my rules so much to make them fit. :)The key is to emphasize on NO buyers remorse, that usually scares the creepers away.

It probably wouldn't hurt to fill us (bidders) in on what the bonus is at 1M credits. "Mystery" doesn't go a long way, because like you've experienced on the selling end (read the comments and rules, which I like), we have been burned as well. Like the auction and thanks!
