This is a pre-worn black rayon jersey wrap dress in a size small. It is good condition. It is knee length or below, just a bit, (I am 5'5" and that's where it hits me). In the second pic, it shows that with the ties, how you wrap it and define the waist. With the right shoes and jewelry...this dress makes a very classy statement.

I ship via USPS first class parcel post for a flat rate of $3.00 for this item. I do delivery confirmation for a cost of $0.70...I have to start charging for delivery confirmation. If the winner would like d/c then the winner pays. I'm sorry for having to charge, but I just cannot afford free shipping or free d/c any more. Like most of you...times are tough and every penny counts.

I am have several serious medical issues, and am in and out of the hospital, as well as going to doctor appointments, (5 hour round trip + appt time) which sometimes can cause delays in shipping and return messages. I usually have my iPod Touch or my smart phone in the ICU, so I will do my best to keep in touch and conduct transactions. Please be patient. =)
