As near as I can determine the sizes convert as: 17 = 8 1/2, 18 = 9, 19= 9 1/2, 20 = 10, and 21 = 10 1/4 - I looked at several conversion sites and believe this to be close.

Very difficult to get pictures of silver items.

Pic 3 - These are black spinner type rings - 21 gekko or spider 20 Egyptian design ZZZZ - 19 dolphin or gekko - 18 ZZZZ design or dolphin 17 - ZZZZ design or spider
