This is old..it is signed but i cant read it..The pin is broke but can be worn as a necklace..if the chain is threaded carefully between tail and mane..

If it is a workable pin... pin it to a piece of cared stock..even the back of an old birthday card will work and hold it up to your web cam... I display a lot of my pins this way for resale.. If pin broken .just hold the paper behind the pin with your same fingers.. . clean the printing on the pin lightly with a tooth brush andfthen put a piece of paper over it and do a rubbing. You may be able to see the signature that way .. good luck . I am a fan and bidding thanks
