This measures approx.3.5" long from top of ring to bottom.It is made of heavy metal, and the middle part with the pink ribbon spins around. It says around the outer edge "STRENGTH" "HOPE" "COURAGE". The picture don't do it justice at all. I don't know why the colors look so dull here. It is really very pretty. :)
