This is great for any Los Angeles Lakers fan or any numbered, rare, MVP, all-star, NBA Champion, or future hall of fame collector!

I know what you are thinking: no serial number. This card was made during the year of the Fleer bankruptcy. In doing research, Beckett stated that Fleer made extra cards of each player in case of damage to any of the 100 cards. These cards were left unstamped and put out into circulation after the bankruptcy. One could say that these cards are EVEN MORE rare than the serial numbered ones because fewer of these were made!

As you can see from the pictures, other Kobe Platinum Medallion cards have SOLD on ebay for $125 to $450 (crossed out prices represent that a different offer was accepted, but if you sort by "highest price" you will see that the price was around $450)!!! Again, a lot of mystery surrounds this card, however, my research has led me to believe that this is a VERY rare and desirable card that is essential to any Kobe collection :)
