The Little Hat for this Costume does not fit on your head...It has a "Head-Band" Attached to the Hat and is worn "Cocked to One Side" of your head!
The Head-Band is "Broken Off on One Side"...so it will have to be replaced...or... I thought about putting ties on it so it would be more secure on the head!
The Buyer will have to make this simple repair!
This is the only problem with the costume.

The Dress and Hat are Made of a Crushed-Velvet Type Material, with Shear Mesh and Satin-Like Embellishments!
As you can see from the Pictures...It is Adorable!
