With playable characters such as Asuna from Sword Art Online or Kuroyukihime from Accel World and support characters like Touma Kamijou from A Certain Magical Index or Izaya Orihara from Durarara, Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax makes the most unlikely of character matchups a reality.

Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax is a wonderful fighting game that isn’t particularly meant to be played by fighting game diehards. That doesn’t make it bad, but rather a love-letter to anime and Sega fans, and an all-around excellent game to boot; one that’s filled to the brim with content, unlockables and a colorful cast of characters.

80/100 - Gaming Nexus: Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax may have suffered a little in the transition to Vita from a visual standpoint. But the gameplay is certainly on point and fighting game fans finally have a reason to turn on their Vita again.

79/100 - Atomix: Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax is a nice try to show us that the 2D Fighting scene is still alive, its attractive and fun but in comparison with titles such as Guilty Gear xrd sign and Persona 4 Arena, it falls short with some control issues.
