includes the original Star Wars series on 6 video cd's
(note: these are not the same as dvd's
IV Star Wars : A New Hope
V The Empire Strikes Back
VI Return of the Jedi

condition: box is a little bent/showing signs of wear/use, discoloration or other marks.. discs all appear to be in good to very good with minimal if any scratches. Played the first disc and worked fine.

this is a boxset from Singapore, please be sure you know what vcd's are before bidding, no refunds because you did not read the description carefully!

no problem! for viewing before the new release tho, i'd def recommend the dvd's since the quality on these is similar to the original movies (and not as nice as the newer enhanced dvd's.) the other caveat is that you have to change discs in the middle of the movie >_< i'd lean more towards these if you wanted to collect unique star wars items. they aren't bad per se but the dvds are just so much better to watch ^_^

He watches the Star Trek films which is what I'm a fan of since child hood. I did research these VCD last night and it is interest to come across them but yes DVDs are much better if I could find the Star Wars films on DVD it would

haha.. i def understand the importance! i was really hoping they'd re-release ALL the star wars films in the theatres so fans can marathon them all just before the new one comes out! :D

They are the movies but are video cd's. Not dvd. U will need to change the discs in the middle of the movie. And the quaint as good as the new enhanced dvds. I guess this is what they had before dvds
