The dress looks better than in the pictures sorry about my camera. This has no tag on it but it looks like it can fit a 3T-4T depending on the child size really.This is used but there is no major holes, but at the top where it rests on the shoulders you can see some wearing but only if you get close enough to look. There is also a loose strained of beads in the front that fell off on one end, I'm not sure how but maybe it can be sown back on or use some kind of glue. There's no stains at all and it is a very pretty light blue with ruffles and sparkles. This is thin fabric and on the back it has Velcro patches to hold it closed. This is from a pet and smoke free home.(Yes it is clean)
