It's non-Android ... Believe it's a form of Java that it runs on. Not 100% sure. All stats are at the PhoneScoop link.

Has 2 scratch-like scuffs on the main screen like tiny circular patterns. Doesn't affect use if phone whatsoever.

Comes with original SIM, battery & back cover. We do NOT have a charger for it. The battery has died since last used about 3 years ago. But it worked then and should still work now.
