Are these sheer like dress tights?

Or are they more like leggings and thicker?

These are more like dress tights and are not footless . They are 20% poly, 70% acrylic & 10% wool blend.
From what I can tell they don't seem too sheer. It would depend on the size of the person wearing them.Its hard to tell since these are new and still in the wrapping. They are extremely soft & seem very warm.
