Collar has been out of box but is new. This has been stored for several years.

The battery is unused, but may not work due to age. They can be purchased at Lowes or Petsmart.

If you have ever priced these collars you know how expensive they run!

It just takes one RFA-67 battery at a time. The manual says they last 3-6 months, depending on how often they bark.

Member Carolpneff, even if the collar was to small you probley could put it on one of those collars with bunch of holes to who ever wins.

There is one new battery included but, due to its age, it may not work. You can purchase batteries for it online or at Petsmart or Lowe's(I'm pretty sure they carry them because they sell Petsafe products).

I went ahead and put the battery in and read in the manual how to test it and it works!

Can you tell me what size it says on the battery and is it the flat button kind or short stubby kind.

The battery is an RFA-67. It is a "button-type" battery.
