The listing, New used once Remote pet training collar has ended.

This is a shock collar and is brand new. I used it once but due to my dogs fur being so thick it had no effect. I have a AKC registered Siberian Husky with 200% more hair than any dog I have seen. I have checked it out and yep it works. :-) It is like sticking your finger in a light socket. I do not suggest doing what I did cause it hurts real bad. I think my heart stopped for a few seconds also. Sorry but I can't offer free shipping due to being on a fixed income. This item sells for $20.00 on eBay. Comes with batteries.

Sorry for the delay with the answer but I am dealing with a massive infection from a bad cut. This uses batteries but they are included. I bought this about a week ago and found that my dog has the type of hair that will not allow it to come in contact with his skin so it does not work on him but it did on me :-( .

Sorry but due to the cuts in Social security and Veterans disability cuts I no longer have the ability to pay for the shipping charged. The money is just not there.
