The Front of the card is a photo of Elvis Presley sitting in a chair and looking at the camera. He is holding a drink (maybe coffee).

The back of the card has the following writing:

Elvis' nationwide popularity was a direct result of the exposure his music received on a number of live appearances in 1956.
But most of those appearances originated from New York City, perhaps giving Elvis a first taste of the price of fame. For that Elvis knew that frequent trips to the big city were a necessary part of his rise to the top, it is also true that he was always glad to be going back home, where, as he told Wertheimer, "the people under-stand me better."
