100 minutes and it says for younger kids but on the back says 13+ since it's a manga and says for all kids maybe

I was just wandering why the movie is ages 13 and up.....my daughter is 9 and loves anime.

I dunno know if it matters much now, but! The anime itself isn't too bad? It's a little more lighthearted than the other .hack animes, but there are still some dark themes like death. As well as some suggestive themes like the way Ouka, the female werewolf character, is dressed.
And I'm not sure if this transfers into the anime (it's been a while since I last watched) but, in the manga, Shugo frequently ogles after the female character avatars. Including his twin sister's.
It's not a bad show! It might require some parental supervision, but it's not bad at all~
