for this auction you will be bidding on a very pretty shade of glimmering blue eye shadow. I have put in the second picture the pretty light blue shade. In addition to this item I am offering a signature base coat for nails to the winner if the auction reaches at least 15,000 or more. If it doesn't reach at least 15K then the winner only gets the eye shadow.

This one is a fine glimmering powder, you can apply with a finger or Q-tip as light or dark as you want.

This was my daughters. and she never used it. I first thought it was Avon as I first listed. After you asked the question avon? I looked again and it said Mark. I'm sure you know more than I do. We will go with your thinking, that it is avon. sorry for all the confusing, I am pleased that you questioned this. I am always open to suggestions. Thank you amme22

yes Mark is by Avon cosmetics only just wanted to let you know that I purchase Avon sometimes from my Avon rep I see Mark advertized in there brochures
