I got this code from a Jack-in-the-Box instant win promotion. I don't play Gears of War, but I presume that you enter the code on the xbox.com site, and you get merchandise (in this case, five weapon skins) via xbox live. Please see the web site (listed in the auction description) for further info. That's all I know.
