To do this gymnastics...the buyer or bidder needs to be in your state, your county or your cities?
Because all carriers size their services by zip code...for example if zip is ##901 and you have 4g then you move to another location it drops to 3g...etc

Assumption of liability wat exactly does this mean?

Since the phone is on contract, in order for someone to get it an Assumption of Liability must be done. And what happens is the phone will get transferred in the winners name. So I would have to call Verizon and say that someone wants to take responsibility over the contract and the winner must finish the process over the phone before its shipped out. I hope I made this easier to understand .
