thats not stupid at all, ive been asked that a lot lately..lol :)
the stuffed animals themselves dont do anything...but they come with a code..with that code you ca go to webkinz.com and register your animal...once you do that, you can create an whole online life for them...you can decorate a living space for them, you can meet other players and make friends, you can play and do all kinds of stuff online..i even think you can customize your animal a bit...(like, if you get the pelican...you register the pelican on the site and youll be a pelican, but i think you can slightly alter its appearance and dress it up)...and once you create your account, you can add other animals if you happen to get more...
most of this i know bc of my kids, they were reallly into these for awhile so they had to explain it to me too..lol
