Idk the exact length bcuz I don't have it with me, I'm at work. But my little girl wore it at @ 2 but she was a short baby. Those style skirts usually are longer though. I can measure it when I get home and let u know if u would like...

I just went to measure the length and found the tag that says 2 to 4 yrs infant / toddler. It would probly be a little big but not huge.
