This is a Metro 7 size xl (16/18) green shirt with funky white and mustard yellow print. The shirt has a tie at the side of the empire bust line. The neckline is scooped and the body of the shirt flutters away from the torso. It is 92% polyester and 8% spandex. Washed, barely worn. Free shipping!

I'm not sure, how about I give you the measurement from shoulder to empire waist and you see if that corresponds well with your measurements. (I hate that too!)
